• We customized our services and work according to your requirements and specification.  QC checks are conducted regularly, and site supervisors are available to attend to any changes in specification when necessary. 
• We are distributors for the Newpro cleaning chemical solutions that we use, so the right chemicals are used to tackle the source of the problem, not just camouflaged it. Your stone and tiles are well protected as there are no abrasive chemicals.
• We are specialists on restoration and maintenance of natural stone, and offer the latest US technology patented cleaning method and less dry time in our shampoo and treatment of carpet and upholstery.
• We offer training package tie in with cleaning, maintenance and restoration of your premises, if so desired.
• Jim-Mike is crisis-trained to handle any flood and fire emergency cleaning, if required.
